July 2020 News from Mountain Laurel Pomona No. 15

Not much to report from Mountain Laurel Pomona #15. Our last couple of dates were canceled and it appears our next in-person meeting may be affected if the maximum number for an indoor meeting remains at 25. We’ll have to wait and see what happens.

July 2020 News from Winchester Grange No. 74

Winchester Grange was finally able to meet in June… virtually. It was nice to see 20 members join us for the meeting with Master Peter Keefe running the meeting from the Grange Hall. We even had guests with State Master George Russell, State Lecturer Marge Bernhardt and Public Relations Co-Director Robert Charbonneau in attendance.

Winchester Grange to host Virtual Fun Fair Scavenger Hunt

Due to the effects of COVID-19 and the state's mandates regarding gatherings, Winchester Grange has decided to cancel its annual Grange Fair and Flea Market for 2020. In its place, the Grange will be hosting a Virtual Fun Fair Scavenger Hunt.

COVID-19 Update: Granges Can Meet with Specific Guidelines

As the Fourth of July approaches, the State of Connecticut is just starting to open up more businesses and churches. It is time that we should think about opening our Grange Halls for meetings.

Winchester Grange to host Virtual Meeting June 23rd

Winchester Grange will be holding a Virtual Meeting on Tuesday, June 23rd, starting at 7:00 PM. Winchester Grange Master/President Peter Keefe invites all of our members to attend and participate.

June 2020 News from Winchester Grange No. 74

The person who first said “no news is good news” never anticipated the situation we all find ourselves in right now! Through an email discussion among our members in April, it was decided Winchester Grange would cancel the Strawberry Festival which was scheduled for Father’s Day and the Grange Fair and Flea Market scheduled for August.
