Master Gardener and Winchester Grange member Sherri LeBlanc will present a program on Vegetable Gardening at the Beardsley and Memorial Library. The program will also incorporate the CT State Grange Butternut Squash Contest information.

A Super Prize Party is similar to a teacup auction / penny auction / country store, but with a wider variety of prizes including a 50/50 drawing and a number of Super Prizes worth between $10 and $50 each. It's always an enjoyable time with an abundance of great prizes for every possible taste. Admission is free, and tickets are available at the cost of $1.00 per card. Each card features 26 chances to win.

Donations of items can be brought to the Grange Hall during the Tag Sale Set-Up.

The rain or shine event includes a bake sale and lunch will be available.

Part of the National Grange Nationwide Gathering Celebration. Rhode Island and Connecticut are co-hosting this fun event. Hot Dogs, Hamburgs, Watermelon and Ice Cream will be furnished. Connecticut Grangers to bring snacks and desserts. Rhode Island Grangers to bring sides and salads. Featuring entertainment, old-fashioned picnic games, horseshoes, softball and more! Fill your car for a fun day with Grange friends and neighbors from Connecticut and Rhode Island. New Members and Prospective Members welcome!
